TV Guru Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TV Guru! We strive to provide high-quality electronics and exceptional customer service. Please review our policy below if you need to return a product or request a refund.

1. Return Period:

  • Standard Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Extended Returns for Defective Items: If an item is found to be defective, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

2. Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

3. Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns and refunds. Please keep your proof of purchase for any return or exchange.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photos).

5. Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of non-defective items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened software and media (e.g., CDs, DVDs).
  • Custom or special order items.
  • Perishable items.

8. Online vs. In-Store Purchases:

For online purchases, please return the item using the means we used to deliver it to you. If you purchased in-store, return the item to our physical locations.
